NY Property Detectives

In addition to our other detailed services, we offer several other Alternative Real Estate Services

Broker Price Opinion’s
We offer statewide residential and commercial real estate valuations for the mortgage-lending marketplace. As an alternative to conventional appraisal products, broker price opinions fulfill customers’ needs by providing a professional opinion of value, delivered in a timely and cost efficient manner.

Only the most skilled real estate brokers and agents are employed for valuation purposes because of the depth of their knowledge and expertise of local markets. The brokers and agents within the Real Estate NYPD network cover the entire State of New York and are continually monitored and rated based on performance.

The BPO report includes extensive comments related to local market conditions, immediate neighborhood characteristics, subject property condition, as well as an analysis of three current listings and three recent sales of comparable properties (including photos, as specified by the customer).

Detailed analysis of all of the data listed above results in the broker’s conclusion of a suggested list and sale price.

We realize that we are only as good as our last order. We invite you to test our service and provide us with the opportunity to earn your business.
